Lamborghini Gallardo

Available in Coupe and Spyder (convertible) forms, the 2007 Lamborghini Gallardo is an exotic 2-seat Italian super car, smaller and lighter than the V-12 Murciélago. High performance motoring comes by way of the 520 horsepower, 5.0-liter V-10 engine. The V-10 is linked to a 6-speed manual gearbox, or optional 6-speed automatic, and permanent 4-wheel drive with viscous traction. Optional robotized sequential shift paddles are located on the steering column. From a standing start, the Gallardo hits 62 miles per hour in a mere 4.2-seconds, and achieves a top speed of 196 miles per hour. Fabrizo Giugiaro, son of legendary designer Giorgetto Giugiaro, is credited with the car’s striking body shape.

Lamborghini Murciélago

Lamborghini Murciélago

Few automotive names create the level of excitement, as does the Lamborghini Murciélago. Available in 2007 as a coupe and roadster, the Murciélago beats with the heart of a 6.2-liter V-12 engine. The mid-engine is linked to a 6-speed manual or 6-speed sequential automatic tranny, and permanent 4-wheel drive. Top speed is capped at 211 miles per hour, and the Murciélago shoots from 0-to-62 mph in 3.4-seconds. Sensuous body stands a mere 3.7-feet tall, and is composed of carbon fiber, except for steel doors and roof. An optional transparent hood cover exposes the magnificent V-12. A rear spoiler is electronically controlled, with first step at 81 miles per hour, and second step level at 137 mph. Included in the engine management system is individual static ignition, fuel injection, drive-by-wire technology, and traction control.

Dodge 2007 Dodge Nitro

The 2007 Dodge Nitro is the first mid-size sport-utility vehicle for Dodge, and comes in three models: Dodge Nitro, Nitro SLT and Dodge Nitro R/T. Engines include a 3.7-liter V-6 that produces 210 horses, and a new 255 horsepower, 4.0-liter V-6. Nitro comes with a 6-speed manual or optional 4-speed automatic, and a 5-speed auto gearbox is stock on the Nitro R/T. Standard on the SLT and R/T is the Load ‘N’Go’ cargo floor. Nitro has room for 5-passengers, and with seats folded, can carry an impressive 75.6 cubic feet of cargo.
